No B7/2007/2013                                                                                                               Dated   31/07/2013 Applications are invited in the prescribed form from qualified candidates and eligible persons for appointment to the following posts on deputation/contract basis in the Engineering Colleges at Poojappura and Kasaragod under LBS Centre for Science and Technology.            Name of post Branch Scale of pay/ Consolidated Pay Qualification Experience Age limit Professors ECE, AE, CSE, IT, CE, ME and EEE 37400-67000+ AGP of Rs 10,000/-for Professors and Rs.9000 for Associate Professors. The pay and allowances are as per Govt/AICTE norms for deputation Staff and negotiable for contract appointment 1.BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in relevant subject with 1st class or equivalent either in  BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech 2.Ph.D in Appropriate discipline 3.Post Ph.D Publication and guiding Ph.D  students is highly desirable Minimum of 10 years teaching and/or research and/or industrial experience of which at least 3 Years should be at the level of Asso.Professor                   OR Minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and or Research and/or Industry Not exceeding 65 years for contract appointment and as per Govt. of Kerala  rule for deputation Associate Professors Minimum of 10 years teaching and/or research and/or industrial experience Application form shall be downloaded from the website of LBS Centre for Science and Technology                         (www.lbskerala.com  www.lbscentre.org). Self-attested copies of relevant documents in proof of age, qualification, experience etc shall be forwarded along with the application.
