AICTE used to conducted National level Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) twice a year for facilitating institutions to select suitable students for admission in all management programmes approved by AICTE.
The notification is issued to announce the schedule for conducting First Test of Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for admission for academic year 2014-15. Eligible & Interested Candidates can apply through Online Registration on or before 21st Aug, 2013. Further details of CMAT 2014-15 (FIRST TEST) is mention below .
The candidates will have two opportunities to appear in CMAT- first in September, 2013 and Second in February, 2014. The better of two scores will be used for admission for 2014-15.
Eligibility of CMAT 2014 :
Educational Qualification : Graduates in any discipline or Final year students of Graduate Courses (10+2+3) whose result will be declared before commencement of admission for 2014 can apply for CMAT online.
Application Fee :
1. General/OBC Candidates need to Pay Test Fee Rs. 1200 + Bank charges.
2. SC/ST/PD Candidates need to Pay Test Fee Rs. 600 + Bank charges.
3. CMAT 2014-15 for any test centre in Foreign Countries : $125+ Bank charges.
Admission Process :
1. The detailed merit list will be provided to the respective State Governments for allotting the students through central counseling or otherwise as per their notified admission procedure.
2. In case, there is no central counseling, Scores awarded will be used for admission in the AICTE approved Institutes/University Departments.
