- Pay Scale: Pay Band 9300—34800 (starting pay Rs. 13350/-) and grade pay Rs. 4800/-
- Educational Qualification: 1) 1) MA (Hindi) with English as a subject in the degree level. Knowledge of a modern Indian Language. 2) Minimum five years experience as Hindi Translator in Central Govt. Office. Experience in dealing with Parliamentary Committee on Official Language will be given preference.
Candidates who have acquired Ph.D in Hindi in the field of Official Language will be added advantage.
