Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a degree holder (at least second division) BCA / B.Sc. IT / B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA.

Experience : Candidate must have minimum of two years of work experience preferably in IT / e-Governance related field

Desired Skills: Candidate must have working knowledge of Hindi and English besides familiarity with Punjabi.
